It sounds like you're missing the correct codec. Usually this happens when you don't have DivX installed and you try to play a DivX file. However your file is a wmv, and (as far as i know) DivX files are .avi. It could be one of two things, either someone has renamed a DivX file: try renaming it to .avi and installing DivX. Or you don't have the correct .wmv codec, try looking around for a codec pack, or on the widows media player help file for the codec you need. You could also try downloading the lastest win media player. (There is a quite good codec pack on www.kazaalite.tk)
