Who is the actor who plays Trevor Eve's associate and was introduced in the golf club as Gavin but there is no cast entry for a Gavin.

There is a role listed simply as 'Associate' played by David Lyddon. He has appeared in a number of tv programmes, including Moving On and Eastenders - where he has played 3 different roles.
