It's been recorded many times since it was a hit in the early 1950s. Leroy Anderson made the first recording with his own orchestra and it should still be available on CD.
A previous member has said it's the music from the film "Mary Queen of Scots". I don't know that music, so it's quite possible that there is more than one "3" ad, with different soundtracks.
