Don't think you can get your existing Password back
If you go to top of Topics List (on the left)
and click on 'My Profile'
Then click on 'Edit My Profile'
Scan down list of options and there is a small 'Change my Password' option
where you can set a new one.

Unfortunately, to reset your password you will have to remember your original one first.
You could email the Ed, maybe you could get some clues?
(Bottom of the page "Contact us")
Perhaps I'm missing something important here, but if you had forgotten your password how is it that you can still post?
G'day Stuey.
Lots of browsers offer to "save password, username", some sites offer "keep me logged in".
I usually select these options coz I forget :-/.
Trying to then login in on a different machine requires all the info I have forgotten.

I just changed my password (out of curiosity) and was not asked for my original one.

Maybe because I was already logged in, just as Cupotee2 obviously is.
Go the sign in page and click 'forgotten password'.
When you're logged in you can change your password by editing your profile, or you can log out, go to the sign in page and press the reset your password link (or just click here: http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/user/request_password_reset.php ).
If you are already logged in (which you must have been to post this) just change your password in Edit My Profile.

NO you don't have to
Assuming that you're using a device which is 'permanently logged in' to post here, simply examine your browser's files on that device to read your password:
