Hi 237Sj, Mamyalyyne has it right. An email gets sent every single time the report button is pressed. Each and every report email is read and acted upon accordingly. Presuming you mean here and not on your Email etc...
As far as I now, it is received at AB Towers then the appropriate action taken.
Spam will be removed.
A reported post may be re moved if they agree with your reasons and the poster could be suspended or even banned.
Moderators also do most of the above sometimes a twinkling of an eye.

You do need to type in your password to report a post, this is the ensure actual members are doing the reporting, but we don't see that. We do however, see who has reported the post.
Due to the number of emails we get you will not get an acknowledgement of either the reporting, the removal or why.
