what age upto can kids share a bedroom

hi can anyone tell me at what age do children have to be separated from sharing a bedroom my son will be 7 in november and my daughter will be 4 in august thanks

the state does not legislate on this area - it is a personal question for families not a matter for the law.
Unless it bothers one of your children, I wouldn't be too concerned with it. Your son will probably start saying something before your daughter, and when he does..I think that is when it will be necessary to separate them ;) Kids are honest, they'll tell you when they feel uncomfortable.
im sure council housing depts have guidelines stating seperate bedrooms for brothers/sisters when teenagers
Most councils and housing associations agree that when the eldest child reaches 10 years they should have seperate rooms

And if like us you are not entitled to council accomodation you will either have to carry on allowing them to share or move out of your room & sleep in the lounge (grrrrrrrr)
