Asda has petrol and diesel at the same £1.147 price. Is this common across the country?

I noticed this yesterday and apparently it's now even cheaper than petrol http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-33594585

It is in a number of places.
I've passed two petrol stations selling petrol and diesel at the same price in recent days. I'm in the south east.

I noticed it was the same price at Sainsbury's (Stanway, Colchester) on Saturday.
