It was on BBC 4. You could get iPlayer if you get a VPN

Virtual Private Network. It fools the BBC and other Uk sites into thinking that you are in the UK because it hides your IP address. Tunnel Bear and One Click are good ones. They are chargeable but Tunnel Bear gives you about 500mb of downloads per month. I never got a lot of luck with Tunnel Bear though, and ended up deleting it.

Sorry, meant Tunnel Bear gives you about 500 mb per month without having to pay.
