I use it all the time and it's great.
fo3nix - it's probably because I use several programs back and forth in a single session and multi-task quite a lot. This program has let me see the memory going quite low (I've now got much more on my desktop) especially on a laptop with only 512MB. Either using the program directly or just letting it work in the background releases quite a lot of Ram over a few hours.
Yes, I know I should shut down or have a break occassionally (Ralph's suggestion is true)!
