During the last European unpleasantness ...... there was a saying
When the Germans fired the British ducked ..... when the British fired the Germans ducked ..... when the Yanks fired everybody ducked! Anyone heard that one? As a nation they do seem a bit attached to their guns. I know it's enshrined in the constitution and all that. Which was understandable at the time of writing they were trying to build a nation in often hostile circumstances. So the question is, is that part of the constitution still relevant? They have built a nation so why to they need the guns to defend themselves nowadays? There is supposed to be law and order is there not, or does anarchy rule?

Every time my neighbour start cutting their lawn at midnight, I go out and offer technical advice that involves the lawnmower and its affect on the operatives immediate health.
