Between 7:30 and 8:00 usually, at least week-days.

Today was a bit of an exception. Awoke too early as usual, spend some time trying to get back to sleep, almost gave up. Then I must have managed it as the next thing I knew, it was late !

Depends on what shift I'm on, 4.30am when on 6am-2pm and sometime between 7am-8am when on 2pm-10pm.
