Can any of you clever people explain an answer for me please? I received quiz sheet back today but quiz setter does not explain answer! Answer given as Voucher - clue Almost YOU dear. Any help much appreciated, Thank you.

dear = CHER

all I can see is

you replace y with v cher = dear

I still think it is a very poor clue

my answer assumes that there is something in the quiz to indicate that French is involved

Aww so easy when explained to a thicko!! Just wish the quiz setter had taken a little more time with the answers. Thank you all for your help x
