Windows Net Framework 4 Client Profile For Windows 7 X86 Kb 982670 Wont Install

I get a message that says the system needs to repair Net Frame Work 4 and not to turn off my computer . I have checked the registry and found it is not installed .I down loaded it from Microsoft but it wont install saying it has a fatal error code 643 I have tried to install it a few times but I get the same error . I had to do a repair Windows because of a corrupted registry that wouldn't allow my printer to be recognised by my computer on my wireless network .

I am using Windows 7 Professional 32 bit I have looked in Programs and Features and also in the registry it is not installed It said that it is a recommended update . But when you download it and run it the update it fails each time

KB982670 (as well as KB982671) is an Optional, non-security update. Feel free to hide it & move on with your life.

it could be that its stacking up behind failed versions of itself or other updates - Empty the windows/softwaredistribution/download folder reboot and try again
