Thank you for you help. He has been with them for about 18 months and then they said that we hadn't paid. We had always paid by direct debit and I checked with the bank and everything was . I spoke to someone emailed them and also completed a feed back form saying how badly the issue had been dealt with. I finally got it sorted today but no explanation as to why the error occurred. So I am unhappy with them. I will look at Genes patsy but I don't want him without a site because he is enjoying doing his family tree.
