Can anyone remind me how to get books from Audible - I know its through Amazon but after that I'm stumped

I signed up for them but they kept messing me about on special offers and "free" books so I dumped them.
Go and have a look at gutenberg.org many free talking books and some kindle stuff on there.

My problem when I signed up I didn't use a tablet, so I couldn't download any audio books.
