Why Do I Lose Sound When I Minimise Itunes Or Internet Commentary?
I’ve recently bought an HP laptop with Windows 8 installed.
Can someone please tell me why I lose sound on iTunes or an internet football commentary when I minimise either of them to work on a Word or Excel document? That never used to happen on my old laptop that had Windows 7 on it.
When I maximise iTunes or the internet commentary, voila, the sound returns!

googling suggests that you need to run Internet Explorer in 'Desktop Mode'. Open it normally to start with. Click on the Tools button (cog wheel, top right). Select 'Internet Options' and then the 'Programs' tab. Set 'Choose how you open links' to 'Always in Internet Explorer on the Desktop'.

Buenchico - I couldn't find the "Always in Internet Explorer on the Desktop" in the way you described it, which is the story of my life! I had to type "Links" in the "Search" field in the end.
Anyway, I found it again today and found that it's already set on "Always in Internet Explorer on the Desktop", so I'm totally bemused why I'm back to losing radio commentary when I minimise the internet! :o(
