Outlook 2003 should be capable of reading Outlook 2007 mail file .pst format. So, you just need to use the 'File>Open' option in Outlook 2003 and select the original Outlook 2007 mail filename.pst, which presumably you will have copied previously to an external USB drive if moving mail files between two different computers.
