Miles from me but I think this may answer 23 and 26. There's a place called MALDON, with a site named Maldon SALT, and there is an All Saints Church which apparently is noted for its Triangular Tower.
This is a type of post on which I commented earlier. In order to answer 23 and 26 I spent a considerable time googling, which could have been done by the poser in view of the time available. Perhaps compilers should be asked not to deal out the papers early.
I wouldn't worry too much about it dave. It will take time for the posters to see the new request by the abspare editor who is trying to meet the two sides in the middle (I think)
Butterbun, thanks for that, it was discussed with Mamya earlier today and I do appreciate the aim. It does seem however that some posters are asking a considerable part of their quiz without giving it the thought they should. Anyhow, we'll just continue to help and hope the message reaches home.
