Apparently all a pregnant Mexican woman has to do, is to wait until she is about to give birth then nip over the border to the US, and her baby then becomes an American citizen.

A wall? perhaps a bit OTT, but then I suppose they said that about Hadrian's.

Indeed.

Mr Trump's over-simplistic notion of 'building a wall' is designed to appeal to people who like to believe that complex issues have simple solutions.

Either Mr Trump is that naïve that he really believes that a wall is a viable solution to the issues he highlights - which I seriously doubt - or he is shrewd enough to know that there is a massive Republican voting electorate out there with whom his option - laughably impractical is it is - will chime loud and long.

Andy...I still hold on to my view that Trump is a very wealthy loudmouth, that will make a lot of noise but will never be President.
