Well spotted Zacs, it was targeted at those amongst us who seem so tolerant, caring and understanding towards these young and innocent children.

I am sure they will, 'as we speak' be making enquiries for how they can take the strain off our social services, children's homes and NHS, by taking full responsibility for these children, and some may even pay for them to go to private schools, thus taking the strain off our already crowded state schools.

No not 'back into the sea' but since they arrived in the back of a vehicle from the continent, then back to where they boarded the said vehicle.

I am a 62 year old bachelor, who still has to work 5-6 days a week, so your suggestion that that I should offer to take some of these kids into my own home is as ridiculous as my suggesting that you take some in !

Perhaps the wee ones are now orphans after their parents died as a result of problems encountered during their travels or persecution at home, I have no idea. My question to ANOTHEOLDGIT remains.

They have themselves managed to travel most likely all the way from North Africa, and to finally end up in Calais where they most likely spent many days or even weeks before they stole a lift in some vehicle to the UK.

So I think that being back in Calais amongst their own people won't be such a hardship for them.
