Cat Weeing In The House

My cat has suddenly starting weeing in the house.
He seems well in himself and this is very out of character.
Any ideas?

I'd have him checked out just in case there is an underlying pathological reason.

Failing that, is he stressed? Has another cat appeared on the block so he is scared to go out?

I am getting him checked later today.I'm thinking urinary tract infection maybe. I do have other cats but he's always been fine with them.
He goes out as he always has.

A cat in season nearby maybe, feeling the need to mark his territory?

He was neutered at 6 months and is now 4 so i doubt thats the case Ratter.

Possible bladder infection,I'd get him vet checked to be on the safe side ??

The vet diagnosed stress incontinence.
