Sister-in-law annoying to friend

Help anyone? My friend back home just email me that he cant take it anymore(life) U see his parents died and left a house for himself and his only brother (no sisters just two of them) they both live there. its a two bedroom. Now the brother got married and the wife running out Chris and the brother cant say nothing. She just called him at work to ask when him leaving? What should he do. Oh i forgot, there was no official will and the mom died over 12 years now and they were doing ok until the brother wife come in

she needs to be put in her place - she has no more right to be there than him - less even. he needs to get tough... tell her he is going nowhere unless they buy his half of the house off him. he should not leave on any promises - once he's out it will be harder to get back in.

depends where 'back home' is - there may be local laws covering this situation, but they may not be the same everywhere. Is there some sort of citizens' advice bureau your brother can visit?

law is law and its logical that if a parent leaves a property for two children(birthrite) y should the wife of the other want to run out the other. She is so cheeky. i told him what u said joko. ta!!

She sounds like an absolute charmer! I am sure that once she has run him off, he can kiss any entitlement to the property goodbye. It is time he returned the favour by exercising his right to use the enjoyment of occupation rights : if he needs ideas on how to be irritating I suggest that he gets his as$ down to Blockbuster and hires" How to lose a guy in ten days" as his inspiration. He sounds too nice (he should hire some porn while he is at a store and play it at a sickeningly loud level in his own room ) if this person is as horrible as she sounds. You know maybe it's time to get the guys round for poker games and the like at the very least. Why is his brother doing nothing about this? Is he going to the next person to leave? I really despise this kind of thing _ I am avery placid person but there comes a time to stand up for yourself ( and indirectly he may be standing up for his brother too.) If she is very determined he better box clever, as she will probably have all kinds of tricks up her sleeve. Tell him this is a time to ACT not react as he may fall foul of the law if he looses his cool which can be monopolised on by the other parties!!!
