I wish to buy a property costing £105.000 with no leeway ,would be grateful if anyone has any idea how much a solicitor would charge,(have no property to sell) plus basic survey,want to have some idea before going any further as very little spare cash.

dont use a solicitor to convey but a licensed conveyancer cheaper
