and the issues after looking at it for 2 mins
are: responsibility for advertising a dangerous product
and distinguish a product which is OK but cd bee used in a dangerous way
effect of the doctrine of freedom of speech - but freedom of speech cannot be used to advertise something illegal
and punitive damages - which is differnt to English Law where Rookes v Barnard 1964 said you cd have normal dges, exemplary dges but not punitive
well that should keep you off the streets for a few hours and good luck
