Who is going to win tonight and is it Live? If not, how come the winner hasn't been leaked?

I think Michelle will win. They filmed two endings to keep it a secret. That must have been really rubbish for the loser though, having to act as though they had won!
Question Author
I wondered how they did it !
Agree with Milly about Michelle - Ruth was my favourite to win from the start, but having seen the last couple of shows, I think Sir Alan has a thing against Ruth anyway, and a soft spot for Michelle because of her background.
I really liked Ruth from the start but have changed my mind the past couple of weeks. She is REALLY deffensive and can't take being critisized (sp) in the slightest.

Yes I agree. Ruth is just too 'in your face'. I just can't see her interacting with other people. And Michelle, although watery and it seemed wimpy at first and in the background, has suddenty come to the forefront, I think she will win.
Is the boardroom going to open up into a studio with an audience? As did the US version. I get the feeling it's a mockup.

The two women were told yesterday (tuesday) although they had been down to the last 2 since late last year. Both were "fired " and "hired" on film then and the actual result will be shown tonight.

Personally I hope Ruth will win , Michelle's job is to cut British jobs and open job centres abroad and in my opinion she is totally out for herself. As Margaret said a real cold fish.

Not that I disbelieve milly143 or galltin, but.................... how can the girl who already knew she'd lost convincingly act out the fake "you're hired"?
No idea myself SurreyGuy. I did wonder that too. I might be wrong but I've heard that from a few people.
According to a friend who has a friend at the BBC, who worked on the show... Ruth Wins it. But I really hope he's been lying to me. Sorry if I may have ruined it for some of you.
I'm even more confused now! On GMTV this morning, Ruth said she was going to be setting up her own company, but on TalkSport news, they said she'd been given a job with Sir Alan!
Question Author
I guessed Sir Alan would hire Ruth as well. Wonder if we will get an update in a few months time?

Gutted!!
