Has anyone got a foolproof way not to get the edges of a pie crust burnt ? I remember once seeing a silicone circular protector in Lakeland's catalogue, but can't see it now. Does anyone have one or know where I can order one ?

I use foil. But I only apply it when the crust has part baked but not quite browning. Then take it off when the middle of the pie is almost done to finish the browning.
