i am using outlook email system when i drag the document from files to send it instead of seeing the document i always see on orange square square SHOWING PDF when the email reaches the other end do they see the image or the orange PDF BOX?

This depends totally on what email client they are using and which PDF viewer they use - out of your hands I'm afraid.
