Mondeo water pump

It would appear that I am not getting waterflow thruogh the engine would that be the water pump? and if so is the water pump situated on the right hand side of the engine (looking at it face on) under the airfilter pipes. Cheers

Yes it would be the water pump but firstly check the tension on the belt!

which engine? the v6 has a known fault where the impellor spins on the pump shaft, thereby not doing it's job. from what you say it sounds like it to me. easily cured and not to be ignored!

Cheers both it's an 18lx and when I took the thermostat housing off and turned the engine over there was now water flow at all
