This is part of a quiz. I have no ideas and nor does anyone else. What does the comma indicate? Possibly the same proverb two ways?

Is that exactly how it's written?

As far as I know, this is for a friend. We have both wondered if it's a typo. It's a fundraising quiz. Something close would be a help.
This seems really familiar to me but I can't quite get it.

It feels like a phrase that's repeated but the first word is changed from beginning with 'A' to beginning with 'O'

I don't think it's a proverb , as such.
I'm just wondering if it's written as A boy..
