My friend's father passed away recently and when sorting through some of his belongings, they came across a picture of 4 people and he's wondering who they all are:

I know the guy on the left is Henry Cooper and we think that the guy next to the lady may be Frankie Vaughan (not too sure though) ...... as for the other 2 ..... any ideas please ??

I also looked at lots of pictures of Joe Spinell but I simply couldn't decide whether it was the same guy or not. (I've got very limited facial awareness. I'd struggle to provide even the most basic description of my best friend, for example). It's certainly a possibility though.
However someone who was pictured clutching an embossed invitation to a film premiere is possibly more likely to have been been, say, a guy who won it in a film magazine's competition, with having his photo taken with some 'celebs' being a bonus part of his prize.

Thanks for all the replies.
We kinda guessed that it might be some members of the public at an award of some kind, but we just wanted to check, just in case it was someone famous that we didn't know/recognise.
I'd love to give a BA, but lots of people have made an effort, so I don't want to make anyone feel left out, unless anyone wants to nominate someone on here for BA .... apart from themselves of course ??

After reading the post and checking the links provided, I think that beunchico gave his usual forensic answer. Henry Cooper and Frankie Vaughan were not too difficult to recognise for we of a certain age, but buen did narrow the field on the other two. At one time I thought Susan Maughan and Bernard Levin. After checking, computer says nooo.
