I would certainly never complain as it all goes on in my neighbour's house - both of my neighbours smoke heavily and very regularly outside right next to my fence and the smoke comes in to my house - with all the frights about passive smoking I do worry. They are doing it in their own property so this is about a little rant. I guess.

Unless they are standing in your doorway I wouldn't have thought what little smoke comes in (if any) would be enough for you to worry about.
