does anybody know, or have any good suggestions, as to the significance of the 108 mins in LOST?

dunno, ive watched upto episode 20 in series 2 and the 108 hasnt become clear. the numbers they type in add up to 108 and each of these numbers seems to fit into each of the characters lives at some point. Have a look at http://thelostnumbers.blogspot.com/ theres loads of theories about the numbers.
