Is the bald guy in Timo Maas's new video actually himself or someone else? Does he sing the vocals or just remix them?

I haven't seen the video, but I know that Timo Mass has a full head of blonde hair, so unless he's had a bit of a trim - it's not him! Likerwise, Timo does not sing on his tracks, the new issue is vocalised by guitarist Phil Barnes - Timo writes, mixes, and produces his material with his studio partner Martin Buttrich.
