Yesterday I got a pretty good pulverising of my back and arms - pretty painful since I also have fibromyalgia. The poor nurse heard me heaving with pain but I put up with cos I want these knots out of my body.

Anyway my problem is I have another appointment with another massage Company on Wednesday that I have waited for about 3 months RLJ (Relatives for Justice) - would it be too much to have pulverisation in 5 days - don't want to any more damage. Thanks for any answer.

you say "nurse", is she a qualified nurse? I am not sure that vigorous massage is a good idea if you have got fibro.

If your pain has almost gone by Wednesday, then fine, if "pulverisation" is the treatment method of choice, then go ahead, as i cannot see further damage ensuing.

mention woof - it is private - Jan de Vries - you may heard of him although he doesn't do it anymore as he is in ill health these days so I know he would employ gooduns.
That name rang a distant bell - he used to be on tv quite a long, probably This Morning. Googled and apparently he died in July.
Question Author
Yes Jan de Vries died in July - but these are osteopaths that are in his employment. I am sorry I used the word "nurse" when she is an osteopath.
