Can anyone tell me whats the cheapest way of using a mobile phone in France. Is it to buy a sim card when I get there?

personaly i wouldnt take a pre pay mobile abroad,because if someone phones u whilst u are abroad u pay the cost of the call.i would get a european calling card it will work out alot cheaper
