She cannot be charged with racism, because there's no such crime.
There's racially aggravated assuault (and others), but there's no specific crime of 'racism'.
I would be overjoyed if this young woman were convicted for three reasons
1. She's a bloody embarrassment.
2. She detracts from some genuinely good work that people are doing to counter racist attitudes.
3. If she's convicted, it will deter other racist scumbags from using Twitter to incite racial hatred.
I genuinely think she must be a bit simple.
Seriously - how could someone tweet that and think there would be no comeback.
Perhaps she was drunk.
