Doing It On Pool Tables

This came up when I was out with some friends.

In movies, if there's a pool table in the room, there's a good chance that someone will end up having sex on it.

But none of us has ever had sex on a pool table. Kitchen tables, obviously, dining tables, as long as you're not having a dinner party at the time.

But those of our friends whose other halves have pool tables, we're not even allowed to stand a wine glass on the edge, without the other half having a total marry, let alone scramble on top for a bonk.

Are we missing out on some pool table sex "thing"?

And where would one start to look if the chalk went missing?

Further recommendations include, No smoking or eating whilst 'in play', spectators must keep a respectable silence whilst play is in progress but are allowed to applaud or barrack depending on the outcome. Drinks are allowed during lulls in play but are strictly outlawed in deference to elfinsafety whilst lining up possible bag rattlers.
