murray I asked you this question on another site - but why do you get up so early in the morning amongst others - is your day not too long. Do you go to bed at 7pm lol.

Suffered insomnia all night - was typing emails here at 4am - I could cry.

hi murray - off to osteopath at about 3.00 - oh aye - set of falsies 4 front teeth. am getting used to getting them in a wee bit. oh well I wont be asking from Santa this year "All I want from Xmas is my 4 front teeth). Lol

bashing at osteopath was a bashing on top of having the fibromyalgia - but I just breathed throughout - I need to get these knots out of my arms and back but this time will wait about 2 weeks before I go back as the oul back and arms were pretty tender. bye murray
