i av personal antivirus on my computer and cannot get it off my computer and av tried everything to try andget it off but no luck, b4 it came on i was asked if would allow it or not ,but i did, then...

download music from pc to my sony ericsson (W850i)

I have a cable that fits from my mobile to the pc but dont know how to download any music. I do put my phone on to the USB connection and when i have tried to download nothing seems to download....
