My 89 year old Mum has received a marketing flyer offering free eye tests from Lloyds Pharmacy in her home. She is keen to do this but I am a little concerned that it would not be as thorough as tests...

Help Computer Won't Shut Down.

I did a Systemcare clean as I often do then wanted to close computer down in usual way Start, Shutdown but nothing happens. Can't even switch off using on/off button on tower, what shall I do please?
