windows automatic updates

when i do automatic updates on my pc it crashes.It wont restart so i have to keep rebooting from my windows disc and doing a repair.As soon as i get up and running again my pc needs updating and so...

Ipod shuffle

I got an ipod shuffle for Christmas, have read the instructions etc, but still a bit confused as to how to dowload from my playlists/library etc onto the shuffle. Can anyone help please?
