what is the diff between h4 and h7 headlight bulbs, they are h4 in my volvo 740, would h7 work as well or better,thank you alun,,,,,

i live on a private road in plymouth uk, one person keeps filling up the communal parking places, what can we do to stop this happening, he will not listen to reason...

why does my itv 3 4 5 freeview keep breaking up? bbc runs ok, i live in plymouth, and am only half a mile from the booster arial.
