My Debit Card Got Charged 3 Times For The Same Transaction ,i Found Out When My Bank Statement Came In .who Is Responsible For Refunding My Debit Card The Merchant Or My Bank

the mechine seemed to not be taking my card at the store and the cashier told me to swipe it again and now i find out it did work and i was charged 3 times and the mercahant refused me a refund
