broken heater/aircon

heater and air con worked this morning when i came back to drive bit later they both wouldnt work any ideas pls

has any one had problems with heater/aircon not working on zafira

got zafira heater and air con just packed up no heat nothing comin thru, fan isnt working and air con buttons dont come on
