How to get rid of Vista Antispyware 2011?

I got this virus on my laptop. I really want to remove it completely.Plz help me.

Does the DVD use the same sound card as the CD ?

My CD sound is fine but on DVD I get crackling and bubbly speech. This is the same for WMP,DivX or VLC (the latest one). The transfer mode is RMA in Device 0 and 1. My sound card is C-Media AC97....
