Chasing money from a pupil

I'm a driving instructor, I had a pupil cancel a lesson 12 hours before it was due to take place. She now refuses to pay for the missed lesson, although the terms and conditions of the booking state...

Night time potty training

My daughter is now 4 and still needs a pull up/nappy for bed. I have cut her milk down and started giving her it straight after tea instead of just before bed. She has a star chart (with no stars!!)...
