fuse blows

my mum has a e reg merc camper near side back light dont work and also front light dont work and dash dont light up.its all on same fuse. when we repalce it just blows the fuse.there has being water...

speedo only works with lights on

i have a ford galaxy my speedo only works when i put my lights also my petrol gauge goes up and down like a yoyo ford fitted a speed senser but that dint cure it can you help?
