code for radio

While driving along today with radio playing the radio just stopped. It then showed V630 JNL on the screen and won't do anything. It hasnt been disconected or anything. Any ideas anyone!!

Every time a window opens I get an AVG warning Trojan horse Downloader.Delf.12.AN Ive tried Heal..Move to vault...ignore , restarted as requested but its still there. I've tried a scan which picks it...
