recipes with gin

any ideas how i can use up our gordons gin in preferrably a savoury recipe. we are now into bombay sapphire and wont touch the gordons. dont particularly want to taste the gin too much in the recipe....

is there a traditional remedy for removing limescale around a tap on my handbasin? bleach wont move it and i dont want to have to buy any large size of descaler only to use it a few times.
