Car headlights

I just replaced a headlamp bulb but the new one doesn't work either. Both old & new work OK if full beam is selected, but neither will work on dipped. I thought it may be a fuse but surely this...

Does anybody know of faceparty and if i can stay on all the time without being logged off due to inactivity? also if you have any tips on faceparty.. ie getting to the front of the profiles.. ect.....
